Amendment of the Temporary Regulations

Art. 4: "Congress decides to adopt the existing publications as the organization's organs:

1. "RS" as the official organ of the ORA/UCAT
2. A national and international "Information agency".

Congress entrusts the running of these tasks to the Organizational Commission.
