Bologna, 13 March: Meeting between the ORA and the UCAT

 

Difficulty in continuing relations given the national situation of the anarchist communist component. The national network of anarchist communists and the labour network are put on ice. The UCAT announces its intention to unite with the Livorno OCL (though this did not then take place).
