Amendments to the Statute

Art. 4 (add): "…created in places where several members operate".

Art. 19: "Within 30 days the branches or members…"

Art. 23: "…upon request of a federation body or a comrade…"

Art. 60: "The Council of Delegates is made up of 9 members..."

Art. 67/a: "Convene an ordinary sitting of the Council of Delegates periodically but no less than every 4 months, and any time that its members request it or the National Secretariat believes it is necessary".
